I had a severely damaged phone that I needed to extract some important documents from. I came in when they opened and the staff member (sorry, didn’t get his name) there was helpful and openly quoted what the cost would be to run diagnostics. I was not certain the phone documents could be recovered, but by the end of day, the staff member was able to recover everything I needed from the phone. It was clear he had been working on the device all day. It was all a success because he was so attentive and thorough with his work. Would definitely recommend if you are in need of repairs. This place robbed me for $300, upsold the premium screen claiming it is the best option. 35 days later my phone is inoperable, conveniently 5 days out of the warranty period. I talked with the employee and he informed me that there’s nothing he can do aside from charge me another $300.
You’re better off buying a new phone then doing business with these people.
