UPDATE
Much to my dismay, under a prearranged agreement I returned the phone for replacement of the battery, for the second time, following the first replacement, and no change in the battery performance.
Upon returning for replacement, I was insulted by your staffs advisement, that it was normal for the battery to last 30 minutes, and for it to overheat, and charge from zero, to 100% in 30 minutes, without using a fast charger.
I am completely, at a loss of understanding , as to why you choose to treat your customers as ignorant, and choose rather to defraud them of their money, by not performing the repairs, as charged and paid for.
I have based upon your refusal to honor your obligations, advise and hereby demand reimbursement of the fee paid, in full immediately.
Your representative did say, after I expressed my disappointment , by swearing at him, then offer to fix the phone. However, I have no confidence in further dealings, do to the totality, of all my dealings, of which has always left me, paying for services that were paid for that were either not performed, or performed to less that an industry standard. I have had to redo repairs myself, that I paid you for, that did not last the first attempt at using. Only to be refused a proper repair, and having to fix myself and not having any problems since I repaired the work, I paid for you to perform.
I have an obligation to advise my followers, of my experience, and to govern accordingly.

FYI- The facts are, I to this point have been forgiving of the deficiencies, until I was insulted today, by your reps claim made on the battery.
To the effect that I once the repair was performed, I was going to purchase a phone from you. I can say, I know longer believe in Qtec’s ability, or credibility. I stand behind my first report, made on your business , advising customers to beware, Qtec is only interested in serving themselves, by taking advantage of the customers, seeking assistance with their phone needs.

I can always count on them to have something that I need when it comes to needing any type of electronics replaced or fixed. I’ve come around to know Faisal very well & he’s a very kind-hearted man, very helpful and always nice to everyone. Ive built a great friendship with them over the years! I always make sure to recommend them to anyone needing electronics.

They replaced the screens on my two older pads. Both had some issues when I picked them up, but were super happy to have a second look at no cost. One required a fix that was unrelated to the screens, the other was fixed at no charge. Would come back.
