Whilst initially helpful and attentive the moment I handed over my phone they stopped all communication and failed to meet 4-5 deadlines, in a panic I explained that I was leaving Berlin the next day they told me it would be ready for pick up at 12:30, I went to make sure it would be ready at 12 and they did not help with limited knowledge about the state of my phone. The repair feels shoddy and the screen is not stuck on properly which will subsequently need repairing. Very sad as I had high hopes and this repair shop led to me missing my train.

I come to this place twice and found their service are excellent! First, I came for replacing my phone’s LCD and the second was for reboot problem.. They solved it really quick and very affordable… I am glad to come to the right place 🙂 It’s very recommended!!
