Excellent communication and service; very professional. They responded to my email within a couple of hours, I sent in my laptop the following day and I got it back the day after, so extremely quick service. I spoke to 3 members of staff and all were very friendly and helpful. They fixed my laptop at a reasonable price and explained clearly to me after what had caused the problems and how they fixed it. They clearly know what they are doing and I highly recommend to anyone who’s experiencing problems.
Excellent service! Friendly to deal with, definitely cheaper than PC World! Service was super quick, John collected my laptop from my home at 10am and I had it back by 3:20pm. They kept me updated via email and phone as to what work was needed and I was able to pay easily and securely online and I have my favourite laptop back and fully functioning! I would certainly recommend this company.
