Not impressed. My husband bought this phone for me but I did not need it so I asked for a refund before it was shipped out. The owner told me he had already shipped it so I had to wait. Phone came in the mail – I emailed and called several times asking if I could return the phone and that I would pay for the return shipping. Desmond ignored several of my emails and after several days he sent me an emailing saying he didn’t want to refund my purchase because he lot so much money shipping it to me. I explained that the shipping was included the purchase which he choose and that I was willing to pay for the return shipping. Not impressed with the customer service, very disappointed, I would not trust this company’s return policy.

5 stars for sure. I just bought an iPhone 12. Came with a charger(block and cable), headphones and a case. Screen protector pre installed.(haha thank god). I’m very happy. This phone is nice and has a 94% battery capacity. All for $450! A steal really. My friend at work and the owner of the business buys their phones from here to. iPhones and a Samsung phone. This place is a great deal for the lower income family. Highly recommend.

This was my first purchase and I am extremely satisfied. I explained what type of phone I wanted and what my budget was and Desmond was able to find the right phone for me. Shipping was also great purchased the phone Thursday and had it the next day. Always great to purchase local and will give them any future business I might have.
