I came to this shop after reading the many positive reviews on Google Reviews, and having now experienced this service, I understand what these customers were raving about. When I brought in my phone to fix a problem with the screen, the owner not only fixed it within minutes, but he taught also a trick on how to fix it myself if the same issue were to happen again. On a different instance, I brought in my laptop for a problem I was unable to diagnose myself, and I really appreciated the persistence with which the owner tried a range of different solutions, including ordering and replacing different computer parts, to try and diagnose the problem. He was very mindful of my timelines around needing a laptop for work and even provided me with a spare one to use while he was working on the repair. Extremely friendly and warm service! As someone who is not at all tech-savvy, I feel significantly less anxious when I encounter a tech issue knowing that I can bring it into the shop!

Hi is really good expert. I was check my laptop. He stay with my laptop for 1 hour to find the problem. He understand me i am student here. And he find the problem of my laptop and i have two option to fix that is 150 $ or to buy a new one. I ask him.how much money i have to pay for the tim he spent with my laptop to find the problem. . He say me nothing you will pay 0 money. He is the best. I highly suggest him. He is really good and helpfull.

Made the mistake of going to Dufferin Mall, they must have high rent to do cheap fix and charge double the cost.
Quick fix on Bloor had to fix what they refused to do. Was given real choices to pay what I can afford for even better faster service.
