I contacted them first through their website but as I didn’t receive any response I called them directly, I provided the information for the services I required and the person on the phone told me he will confirm, he provided me a tentative date. He never rang back, and I called again, then he said they do not have availability until the end of the month, and told me that I should call earlier to accommodate my service. I told him how can I now the staff availability? he was the one who should call me back, even to say we are not in the position to cover your service, I only received excuses for not contacting me and lost almost two weeks with them trying to book an appointment. Very disappointed, I contacted them because they have only good reviews but the Client service is not correspondent with those reviews. I decided to look for another provider.

Optus premium support has been the best thIng I have invested in to support my basic technology skills. They have got me through so many challenging (to ME) computer issues with ease. Adam was able to fix my email settings so i could send emails out from my optus email whereever I was . Something that no other technician has been able to fix for years and numerous tries. Thankyou Highly recommend thgis service to anyone like me who is not great with technology. The only negative feedback is that you need to be able to book a technician and often this cannot be done on the same day which can be frustrating.

I have use Optus Premium home support for a few years and have always found their service courteous, informative, efficient and reliable. Recently I had concern that I had allowed a virus into my computer and requested a check. This check was prompt and very thorough and all files in my computer were checked, including the deeper internal ones. This work took four hours but it was extremely important. The professionalism and the courtesy to the consumer is excellent. It is also of value that the work is done remotely
