I had a problem on my desktop which needed to be fixed urgently. Just happened to stumble upon Chris’s details on the internet. I must say I am lucky. I called him and expressed my urgency. Though he was busy, he said that he will try to work on my job. He has worked late evening and left things running overnight to get my desktop back in great condition. THANK YOU Chris. Will be coming back to you (Hope I don’t have to, but with IT one never knows!). What an amazing job!
Chris responded promptly and efficiently when a power cut destroyed the power supply on my PC. Within 24 hours he had my PC power supply replaced and got me back up and running.
