Tried to blatantly over inflate the price of a generic charging cable for my laptop. Thankfully I knew what the price should have been so didn’t go ahead with the purchase. In fact, when I went to another shop I got the same charger for less than half of what Racer were attempting to sell it for. This sort of thing is sharp practice and definitely not on when there’s a cost of living crisis and people are already struggling – disgusting and I will not be using this place again.
I had to quickly retrieve information from the SATA drive of my liquid damaged MacBook Pro before the insurance guys wiped it! Racer Computers did a chemical clean & then retrieved everything within a few days! When I went to collect it the lovely lady assured me they could help if I had problems uploading from the Time Machine to my new laptop when I got it! Excellent service and I would recommend them!!!
