Definitely recommended for those people who wants to get there antique electronic items repaired at a reasonable price. Mr. Craig was really really helpful in repairing my dads 30 year old VCR. Though I have supplied Mr. Craig a brand new VCR video head on my own expnse and he replaced with extreme care and professionalism without any issues.

Since I might be the only over seas customer who took service from this company, I was bit hesitant to hire there service since in India there are no more VCR service available now and Mr Craig was my last hope. But overall things went smoothly and I received my VCR after 2 months of good inspection and repair.

Also I would recommend to go for the best courier services while sending or receiving your electronic equipment as it may get badly damaged pre or post repair.

I popped in the morning with my wife’s GHD’s to be repaired with a few parts required to fix them and amazingly I picked them up in the afternoon.
