I dropped my computer off here to get a new power supply installed, it was installed and my system still works well. The problem is when I received my computer and got back home I noticed the top of my case had sooo many scratches on top, even some very deep ones. I was very upset because I’ve only had this computer for a couple months, so I don’t recommend getting any computer parts installed here because they are obviously not gentle with the way they handle your belongings.

Edit: Absolutely did not call in the first 24 hours, I was quoted 1 and a half days-3 days. I dropped the pc off early Sunday morning then I called on Monday around 3pm which he then told me it could be done later that day or the day after. Mind you I was not trying to rush him at all I was just asking, I called him later the same day to ask if it was ready (because he told me it could be ready that day)he told me it’s not ready. Then I called on the third day he had my pc and it was ready to be picked up, so a total of 3 calls none in the first 24 hours lol. So these people will scratch your pc up then lie to make up a dumb excuse on why they damaged your pc. Like I don’t even know how they scratched it so much, they don’t have a proper surface to work on stuff while being a pc repair shop?

Very polite and knowledgeable about PC repair and parts. Good hours longer then what is posted, also good charge did NOT overcharge for work hours like some repair shops do. Gave advice for what replacement parts should be bought and the most cost efficient retailers to purchase from

Thomas is super patient with his clients and the cost is reasonable. He works incredibly hard to help solve computer issues and is almost always available when needed. We have been using him for the last 10 years and wouldn’t even consider anyone else.
