Absolutely dreadful.
Over 2 months they had my iPad in for repair.
I received it back in 2 pieces not repaired.
I called on several occasions to find out how the so called repair was coming along. All I got from the chap was excuses why it hadn’t been fixed yet.
The only time I received a call from him was when he called me to say he couldn’t fix it.
I understand that sometimes things can’t be fixed, but 6 weeks???
I can’t recommend them in any way shape or form.
