Amazing service, dropped my damaged Samsung Galaxy s21 into them just before 11am today 2/9 and was rung to say they had found damage on the back and I gave them the go ahead to fix that as well as the screen. Even with the added cost the overall price was cheaper than other quotes I had gathered. All this was done in about an hour and a half and I was back at about 12.30pm to collect my phone. Definitely 5 stars from me
These guys were awesome. I was up from Brisbane for work and my computer was overheating. I dropped it in just before closing time and had it back by 9.30am the next morning. They were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Wouldn’t deal with anyone else. You guys were exceptional. Thanks.
Took my ps5 there for a repair and was told that it would take a week which I thought was a very reasonable timeframe, however I was called back the following day to pick up my fixed console. Everything worked great and the customer service and care was excellent. Would highly recommend.
