Amazing service with my high end cd player which had packed up. John Lewis quoted me PS650 for an equivalent new one. There was obviously a problem with the lazer beam as it was jumping. They offered to service for only PS30 and if that didn’t fix the problem to sell me an identical second hand unit for PS70. He found a cracked plastic component ( unit had been in storage for two years during the pandemic) and replaced it. Working perfectly now. And had it ready for me the next day as I was leaving Reading. Why buy new and junk what’s broken when you can get help like this?
Great customer service – was polite, understanding when my daughter was being curious by touching things and also offered to help transport my TV to the car as he saw my hands were full.

Brilliant service for repairing my Samsung TV. Called to discuss the problem the day before. Took TV in the next day and TV repaired within couple of hours using replacement PCB in line with estimate previously advised. Easy parking outside shop and good one to one advise and assistance. Excellent experience.
