I don’t usually leave reviews online, but it’s just fair to acknowledge Refined Logic for amazing customer service and level of professionalism. Besides the fact that the quote was very good value for a complicated repair (flexgate), Matt has gone above and beyond everything that I could have asked for, to facilitate a quick fix and return of my MacBook Pro. The service is extremely high standard, I’ve been kept up to date with pictures and emails about the progress of repair, and no hidden fees or other surprises. My mac came with a fresh inside clean as well as one year warranty. Highly recommended!
I stumbled on Refined Logic after my 13″ Macbook Pro developed the dreaded ‘Flexgate’ screen backlight failure. They literally saved the day! Perfect repair at about half the cost of Apple! Nearly 2 months on and still going strong. 12 month guarantee on the work gave me complete peace of mind at the outset. Fabulous communication and service from Matt, who even helped me with some other issues during the process. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
