Perfect place for high price, low quality repair. Had to take my phone back after a month because the piece they installed was falling apart. When it stopped working after 5 months they told me that I got 5 months of my 6 month warranty, like I should be happy I made it most of the way through the warranty? If you want a place that doesn’t honor their warranties and doesn’t stand behind their service, you’ve found the perfect spot. To be fair, they were professional the whole time they were screwing me. Took my phone back because after spending 309 euro and them wanting another 235 euro for a $700 phone I wasn’t going to spend more money with them. Phone came back more broken than when I dropped it off and had to go back for the sim card holder. I have no idea how their rating is so high.

Besonders positiv fand ich die schnelle Reparatur – ich konnte mein Gerat schon am nachsten Tag abholen. Die Preise sind fair, und es ist toll, dass sie auf ihrer Website eine transparente Preisliste haben und man dort auch direkt einen Kostenvoranschlag machen kann. Alles in allem ein super Service!

Wasserschaden Reparatur
Mein iPhone hatte einen Wasserschaden und ich wollte unbedingt an die Daten kommen. Mir wurde sehr nachvollziehbar und geduldig erklart, welche Schritte vorgenommen werden mussen. Die Preise fur die einzelnen Schritte waren transparent und ich musste jedem Schritt erst zustimmen. Jetzt funktioniert sogar das Handy wieder. Sehr professionell und absolut empfehlenswert!
