I just bought my 6th Lenovo laptop from Sam at Refurbished Laptops Ltd since 2013 and the service and price have been superb. All of them are still running although I have upgraded to bigger, faster machines as the technology has evolved. Some older laptops are running background tasks like CCTV monitoring or supporting some kid with her first commupter. Others are used for entertainment while I move on close to the cutting edge for work.
I’ve never had a problem that Sam couldn’t instantly fix and the price is much less than half the price of a new, off the shelf laptop. This is good for my needs, very good for my bank balance, and recycling is good for the planet!
I experienced an exceptional quality of service from Sam Heffron. He answered my questions and gave options re availability within my price range with clear explanations of the performance of each laptop. Sam had the laptop of my choice ready for me within a short time frame . He added upgrades and showed me the laptop working and how to navigate my way around the laptop. Great experience from start to finish.
Suddenly had to start working from home and needed laptop urgently for children’s school lessons via Teams/Zoom.
Contacted the company and they were extremely polite and professional, and despite being extremely busy managed to get my order out for deliver and I received it the very next day in time for children’s school lessons, even swapped the hard drive for me.
Machine was exactly as described and in much better condition than I expected.
I would recommend this company to anyone, and that’s coming from me who’s a buyer by trade of IT equipment.
