Found Remote IT Rescue on checkatrade when I googled PC repairs in High Wycombe and selected them because they were most local to us. Our 3-year old all-in-one desktop kept freezing to the point it was so unusable we could not even login to retrieve data. Kyle’s diagnostic acumen identified the issue and fixed it. His service was outstanding: he both collected and returned the computer to us, and we especially appreciated that he kept us in the loop at all times both by phone and text as he troubleshooted the issues. He also kept us informed of the cost as we went along (which was, in my opinion, excellent value), and what was worth doing or not. We now have a functioning computer with all our data restored. We felt we could trust him with our data. Extremely grateful. Good service like this is so rare nowadays and people like Kyle are like absolute gold dust. I picked Remote IT Rescue from the internet “best 3 computer repairers” because it specifically deals with iPhone & iPad and I urgently needed to access my nephew’s locked machines . This is technically very difficult but Kyle obtained my complete access from my laptop. His friendly explanations allowed me to understand each step . I expected to pay PS1,000+ but after several multiple visits he only charged PS210 ! He also checked our mobile phones and advised we needed Vodafone upgrade SIMs.
He seems to be able to deal with anything ! I have complete confidence in recommending him .

Fixing the issues with one printer, then with its dodgy cartridges, then with its replacement, required enormous patience. I was going to give up but Kyle encouraged me to persevere until, having changed the printer, and at last using good cartridges, we got there. Strange to say, but Kyle’s ability to sustain my morale was as useful as his advanced techie skills. He had to do some serious investigation that was was way beyond most ordinary users’ knowledge. And his charge was very reasonable.
