I had a very disappointing experience at [Phone Shop Name] when I went to get the screen of my Redmi phone fixed. From the moment I walked in, the service was subpar. The staff were unprofessional and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers.

Despite being promised a quick turnaround, it took an entire day to get my phone back. When I finally received it, the new screen was of extremely poor quality. The display looked dull, and the touch responsiveness was significantly worse than before. Additionally, there were noticeable gaps around the edges of the screen, making it clear that it was not installed correctly.

To make matters worse, the screen began to malfunction within just a few days. There were random flickers and dead spots where the touch didn’t register at all. When I went back to the shop to address these issues, the staff were incredibly unhelpful and defensive. They refused to admit any fault and insisted that any further repairs would cost extra.

Overall, the experience was incredibly frustrating, and the quality of the repair was unacceptable. I would not recommend [Phone Shop Name] to anyone looking to fix their Redmi phone screen. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere more reliable.

Avoid at all cost took my iPhone 11 Pro max cost me PS85 for a screen and the problem has not been resolved he’s put a screen on and everything is orange tried calling explaining the issue he’s not bothered he just wants to make more money trust me save your time and your phone go somewhere else they have no knowledge or idea about a phone they will ruin it more than your phone is already damaged.

Ps to the shop owner the father and son the warranty they have is absolute bonkers if you change your screen and a green dot appears they won’t change the screen that’s faulty they’ll blame you saying you dropped your phone.

Please don’t make the mistake I did and go here they might seem friendly and trustworthy but there actually a joke and will say there right and your wrong.

Over many many years of searching high and low, near and far for a phone repair shop that ACTUALLY knows what they’re doing and is efficient and ACTUALLY resolves any issues I have finally found this REPAIR CENTRE in Eastcote. I cannot boost this place enough, they are thorough and SO efficient and fix on site and in my experience to date, while waiting. I have been in numerous times and also referred friends and family who are now also loyal customers. I’ve had issues from broken screens or faulty handsets to transferring data or set up, I am very impressed with the knowledge and stock in this business as they also stock the top glass screens, cases, wires etc etc etc, the list goes on.
