Absolute con men. Claim to use iPhone certificate screens and parts but the work is unsatisfactory. Was charged 120 pounds for an I phone 7 screen was told I needed more parts and charged more. Was told to collect at 6pm when I arrived the phone wasn’t ready and the screen was off. I was called to collect at half 8. And was pleased with the results. The staff put on a free screen protector. I am disabled and the phone is for my child. I paid extra to make sure I can keep in contact. After the first week of use the buttons were stiff. And the screen was not as flush as I hoped but couldn’t tell because of the free screen protector doubling up the screen. My child complained that the phone kept heating up and the battery wouldn’t last. Because of my mobility issues I have not been able to get to the shop and I was afraid that the men would be intimidating.
6 weeks later the screen is lifting and there is a strong scent of glue coming from underneath the screen. I approached the shop and was blamed intimidated and pushed into leaving my phone with them, they take no accountability for their poor work and low standards. The manager offered a new screen for 45 pound. No guarantee claims 2 to 3 weeks grace for dissatisfaction. Website says 6 months. Feel at a loss and my child has no phone

I was asking for a miracle. And late at night they pulled it off. I long suspected my brand new phone from a network shop had a fault due to there being stuff missing out of the boxed new phone when i got it.
Not until i shattered the screen and this shop replaced it did i see the huge difference it made with speed typing on the screen. Cannot thank you enough repair centre, you did yourselves proud. A trustworthy business also offering good advice.

Also i have moved from london to portsmouth since last visit, i drove from portsmouth straight to this store to ask their help. They didnt let me down.

The battery of my mi9tpro suddenly gave up on me, and Google sent me here for servicing. Darshan is honest. Upfront. Personable and both he and the technician- I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten his name- did their best to inform me fully and help me.
