BE WARNED 2 weeks’ guarantee on screen repair. Worst phone repair EVER.. Took my Samsung to have a new screen fitted here and had to return a further two times. 1st time as buttons did not work after new screen 2nd time as sim slot stopped working and screen did not recognise touch. Finally, I took the phone elsewhere, and they couldn’t believe the amount of glue REPAIR HUB had used to try to fix the screen together !
Went back to REPAR HUB for refund, but they would not give one. Only after emailing the head office did I get 1/2 of the PS180 back, but they should have refunded it all, in my opinion. These companies take your money and then don’t care.. I would give a minus figure if I could, but 1 star is the lowest I can give. Take your phone to a reputable company as opposed to these fly by night. More fool me for thinking they were an honourable company.

The reputable company that repaired my Samsung correctly gave me 12 months guarantee, which is what anyone should get as a minimum !!!!

we took my sons iPhone here for a new battery in summer 2023 as we were on holiday in the area at the time. We paid about PS80 for this (in cash as they said their card machine wasn’t working) however recently (March 2024) the battery was intermittently going to 0% and iPhone warned the battery needed to be serviced. We decided to take it to Apple this time, but they could not replace the battery as the previous repairer had broken one of the tabs internally. The new battery has also SWOLLEN to the point it has pushed the case apart slightly.

They were quick with fixing my phone screen however, they have seemed to use an off-brand screen replacement which is fair, but it is caused issues with battery life (with it halving how long it can last) as well as water resistance being greatly reduced, causing the screen to be unusable for 4 hours after being caught in rainfall for 10 minutes. This has been found withn the 4 days since I got it fixed and for PS80 it just dosent seem worth it.
