Took in a phone for a repair, told PS45.00 and it would be done next day. Price seemed fair and speed couldn’t be faulted. Shame it didn’t play out.

Next day we get a call to say it’s ready only to be called 20 minutes later to say they have the wrong part and it isn’t ready. Don’t quite understand how you can say it’s ready with it having the wrong part unless there was no actual checks done or the phone was never actually ready.

But anyway 3 weeks later I had to go into the shop to ask what the heck is going on. Was told they’d need to call “their boss” and suddenly told “give us 20 minutes and it will be repaired”… so why did we need to wait 3 weeks if the person there had the parts and ability? Why call the boss? Why not just do your job?

So once fixed they still tried to charge the full cost which I argued I was quoted PS45 with a next day repair. Not a week 3 once I’ve had to come into the shop. They argued it took so long because “the guy repairing is on holiday and the part took a while to be delivered”. Clearly they forgot they told me they ordered the wrong part and tried to lie to my face. And claiming the repair guy is on holiday when the person in shop done the repair in 20 minutes… couldn’t have been a bigger joke!

A real shame when they came recommended and there’s a number of other places in the high street who do the exact same service. Next time someone else will be given the money for the work since the people here can’t be trusted to be honest and enjoy a good excuse. These guys are a joke and aren’t worth the hassle they provided.

Took phone in for a screen replacement. They put in the wrong screen so my light sensor is blocked, colours are washed out and now my speaker doesn’t work. Plus new screens bevel doesn’t match so I’m unable to see some notifications on the top banner. Plus it sits about 2mm higher than it did previously making my screen protrude out of my phone case.
Also didn’t seal my phone back together correctly so the rear plate is loose and has a gap now.
Charged me more than it would cost to buy the same phone.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Very poor service. They even tried to fool us by providing fake screen-card. They talked in foreign language which we can understand and they thought we can’t. They said tell them this is the right one and make them pay and leave. But we questioned about it and they started arguing. We asked to give our phone back and they even shouted at us. Very poor customer service. Never gonna visit that place again.
