I took my iPad in for repair as it had frozen. They did a diagnostic test for free which took more than a day. However, it was beyond repair so I purchased a refurbished one from them at a very reasonable price. They set it all up for me from my iphone.. I am extremely happy with all aspects of the service I received. The gentleman was very polite and very helpful.
