Left two items for diagnosis and was told they would ring me within 24hrs. After chasing with phone calls and two visits, I finally got the outcome… 8 days it took!. Not happy, no apology, not even acknowledged that they messed me about. Will never use again. Will have to find somewhere else to get screen protectors done.
If I could rate higher, I would. I rang up earlier in the week for a replacement battery for my Google pixel phone which was replaced and sorted within two hours of visiting the premises. Fantastic service and great price. Thank you.
