Very poor customer service. I took my phone in on April 4th (today is June 17th). I have chased the repair on a regular basis in that period. After about a week, I was told they had to wait three weeks for a special tool to be delivered (this was an iPhone 11, nothing exotic). I was regularly fobbed off with a promise that they would chase it up and call me back. I never received any calls from them and was only ever able to get an update by going into the shop. Nothing transpired for months, and after a lot more chasing over the last week, I have finally been told that they are not able to repair the phone and I can collect it in exactly the state it was in when I took it to them. The only thing in the name of this business that is honest are the words “My Phone”. I suggest you take “Repair” and “Today” with a hefty pinch of salt.

These guys saved my bacon today by fixing my laptop that kept restarting and ‘preparing to auto repair’ due to a faulty button. Took it in at around 1.30pm and was fixed by 4.30pm the same day. Very grateful Fingers crossed nothing else will go wrong. Cost was PS70 (PS30 for diagnosis + PS40 to open the laptop up to fix the power button). Maybe slightly higher than expected but they fixed it so fast, and I still have a working laptop so far, so, am relieved. Thank you.

The employee was awesome. He cleared dust from my USB port which couldn’t charge before resulting in it being good now and asked for no charge. We were here for like 10 minutes. I recommend this place because it’s very good. Thank you.
