Went by yesterday to ask if they stocked screwdrivers and Steve went out of his way to try to help us fix our problem, finding us a brand new set (not before going as far as to offer to loan us his own tools when at first it looked unlikely that they’d have what we needed.)
He & the team there were also so understanding when I came back to return the set we bought as it wasn’t compatible with our machine. Despite there being a rush in the store he still gave me (and everyone else!!) great service, going as far as to offer me a refund with absolutely no hassle.
Not often you come across this kind of care and community spirit in the City, I’d recommend Repair Plus 100%, truly a credit to the area 🙂
