My dishwasher stopped working just before Christmas and my usual repair man wasn’t available so I thought I would try Repair-Pro. It was obviously a busy time but Jason offered a date and approximate time which I accepted. On the day, he helpfully rang again to say he would be arriving shortly (within the original timespan). I rather feared that the diagnosis would be terminal but he got down on the floor and poked about, did some tests and suggested that repair would be uneconomic especially as, it transpired, the machine was 22 years old! We agreed that the time had come for a new one and he was able to recommend a Beckenham store whom I then contacted. They had my chosen machine in stock but, because of the Christmas holiday, could not deliver until the New Year. So we have had to relearn how to wash dishes for a couple of weeks!
I paid PS65 to be told what I had already guessed, that the machine had had it, but I do not begrudge this. It was a chance I took in the hope it might have been fixable and I am satisfied the examination and tests carried out were sufficient to confirm my expectation, and you have to pay for an expert’s time, whatever the result.
I rarely give 5 stars but I felt the attitude of the company, the handling of the booking and the visit could not be bettered in the circumstances. I would be happy to call on them again should I need to.

Our Bosch washer dryer was blocked and the dryer had not been functioning for 6 months. Bosch had quoted 117 for a call out plus parts. We went with Tony and he was much quicker. He had worked as a Bosch and LG engineer, and was fantastic, humorous, and solved both issues for almost half the price, and provided fantastic advice on maintenance and explained how the machine works.

Thrilled with the help received by Jason and team to fix my washing machine. Having waited three days to be messed around by British Gas (avoid!), Jason arranged for Ray to come around within 24 hours, and it was fixed and working again within 30 mins of him arriving. Have shared the business’ details with everyone I know that lives locally.
