Got my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen fixed here (PS220) the phone keeps freezing and sometimes when the screen is turned on it stays off and i click on my screen and feel all the vibrations indicating that the screen is on but not working and they said this isn’t the screen it’s the battery so I went to a friend who knows about tech he replaced my battery and also said the screen looks raised because it’s not a genuine apple screen in his words “I opened the phone and thought Jesus this is a screen on steroids”. All screws put back into place perfectly however not genuine apple screens.. would not come again!! Do not trust this company!! RIP off merchants!!!!

I had a smashed screen and took it to this repair shop. They replaced it with a counterfeit part (I could tell because the screen was a different color) and charged me the full price for it. In the process, they also broke my microphone since screens and microphones are integrated as the same part. When I complained, they told me they couldn’t fix it. Honestly, I feel scammed by them and now I have a phone that no one else wants to touch because of the poor job they did. I strongly advise against going to this repair shop.

The staff here really knew what it takes to give good customer service. My wife cracked her phone screen and from the get go the guy who served us told us what it would cost and why. After a bit of friendly haggling we agreed on a price and he told us it would be ready in a couple of hours. Came back and true enough it was fixed. He even made a big fuss of my toddler, which she loved and gave her a little phone accessory which she is still playing with as I write this. Excellent service would 100% recommend to anyone
