Absolutely amazing service! I regularly have my iPhone 12 and my daughters XS screens replaced at another shop and always leave feeling a little deflated as handing over wads of cash to someone for a low quality screen sucks. Today I happened to be in Wellington and was recommended to try Repair Xperts. The gentleman was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He gave me a discount as I was short and a little desperate as I need my phone today. He let me sit and watch him work, chatting away the entire time. The whole process took 10 minutes from start to finish and he even fitted a free screen protector! Absolutely lovely gentleman and cannot recommend his services enough!!

Too bad experience. When I went there to fix a screen card, the elderly man there had fixed with many bubbles inside. when I showed him the bubbles, He began to smugly respond that it was not his responsibility to fix a screen card. In this instance, I asked him, “Why did you start fixing it? You should have told us earlier.” Then he began to use foul language. I would never suggest that guy

If I could give these no stars I would. Had a screen replaced about 6 months ago and the replacement screen has cracked, not once but twice, this has not been caused by knocks or misuse or by dropping the phone. Came to replace the phone today and couldn’t get the sim out of the phone without brute force, only to find a load of what looks like blue glue on the inside.
