I have known the owner of this shop for 15 years. He runs the shops in a very positive personal productive way. You could see three or four customers standing and he deals with all of them simultaneously and expeditiously and inexpensively. All in all this is the shop to go to in the whole of Newcastle upon Tyne?
I was so impressed on my first visit I went back with another phone and was again given the best service I could wish for, fast, effective and carried out with the utmost care. Genuine guy who likes to help people, I’m thoroughly pleased and very glad to have a store like this nearby!
Superb service. Phoned the shop at 1:30pm, told to bring my iMac in for repair. Needed a new hard drive. Dropped it in at 3pm – collected it at 4:30pm. Works perfectly. Top marks for friendly service and efficiency.
