Do not take your phone to this shop, the bloke is a conman, wish I’d seen the reviews before going here, took my phone to have the battery replaced, charged it up overnight then the next morning it completely drained within a few hours without it hardly been used, so I took it back he replaced the battery and it was still exactly the same, so I decided to take it another shop only to find out he’s buying cheap battery’s in bulk and sticking a sticker on them to make it look like a high powered battery, the battery he sold me was also 2 years old, so I asked him for a refund but he doesn’t do refunds but I could have a credit note for the amount to spend in the shop, sells me a battery 2 years old then has the cheek to say he doesn’t do refunds, he also used glue to glue battery in and then tried to cover himself up by saying its apples glue, something that apple or any repair shop that knows what what they are doing would never use…..

It turned out that it was actually the motherboard that needed replacing and not the battery, so I asked him for my old battery back but what a surprise he hasn’t got it, so no doubt this will of gone straight into someone else’s phone and another person conned thinking they’ve got a new battery.

Anyone reading these reviews that are needing a repair doing stay well clear of this shop, go to a proper repair shop that know what they are doing and won’t rip you off.

Around 3 months ago I took my child’s tablet in to be fixed, the charge port to be exact. The tablet stayed in the shop for around nearly 2 weeks, I gave them the benefit of the doubt after a number of reasons I was told as to why it wasn’t ready yet. Finally I got a call stating it was ready. We fetched it and brought it home and yes it seemed to charge, I noticed a couple of scratches and a chip at the corner but thought you know what it’s been in long enough I won’t make a fuss as it’s done now and I now have an happy child. Fast forward around 3 months later chip as spread and shattered the screen and low behold the charge port isn’t working anymore. Having opened it up for inspection considering it wasn’t hard to open due it not been put back together properly, the charge port doesn’t even look like it has been touched let alone replaced as that is what I was told would need to be done. Now I have a child with a tablet that doesn’t charge and a shattered screen. More money down the drain and I do not fancy going back to face anymore longevity of waiting or reasons as to why it’s taking so long for it to be fixed. Lesson learnt. Never again.

I’m writing this review because Im distraught as I went into the shop with a broken screen at the bottom of the screen. he added a new screen leaving me with a green glare of the three little dots at the top, a broken volume button. I called him the same night and asked him to sort it I went back… the phone is still broken and the back is stuck on the double sided tape…. I later messaged him to ask him for a refund as he has not done the jobs I had asked him to do, he has ignored me. leaving me 270 pounds down.
