Most of the workers are extremely kind and helpful, however whenever I needed to explain a problem I was put with a worker who treated me like an idiot and spoke down to me. I brought my computer to this shop because I thought they could provide faster service than taking my laptop to a friend. I was initially told the repair would take 2 days, and when I called at the end of the 2nd day it wasn’t finished, but they rushed to complete it for me. However, it was badly executed because I took my computer home and it still did not work. I took it back again for further review, and it took them a week to tell me I need a new hard drive. I stated that I would prefer to have all information transferred to an external drive. After checking on my request multiple times in person and explaining that I would like all the Program Files (NOT just the Documents/Photos/Downloads) it still took a week to complete. Once I finally receive the external drive, it didn’t even have the Program Files I requested.

I work exclusively from my computer and the 2.5 weeks I spent going back and forth with Repar’PC were the most frustrating. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

J’ai enfin trouve un magasin qui a su me reparer mes appareils, problemes de tablette, d’ordinateur, et de telephone, le Directeur de Repar’pc a pris son temps pour tout m’expliquer.Un plaisir de rencontrer une tres bonne personne, disponible pour tous ses clients, tellement rare de nos jours.Je recommande vivement Repar’pc sincerement.Une tres belle ambiance, et quel professionnalisme, tellement agreable d’etre ecoute avec le sourire et la bienveillance, et de repartir avec des appareils qui fonctionnent.BRAVO et Merci.
