Un tres bon accueil et une tres bonne prise en charge.

Pour un ecran casse suite a de fortes chaleurs, je suis venu en fin d’apres-midi, et ils ont pu me commander et changer l’ecran defectueux en moins de 24 heures. Bravo !!

Alors qu’un concurrent base a La Chatre m’indiquait que l’ecran+ la batterie etaient foutus, … bref racheter tout un telephone (et neuf de preference), et au passage tentait de vous faire souscrire un nouveau forfait de telephone.

Un grand BRAVO, continuez ainsi !

Tres bel accueil, rapidite de la reparation (ecran casse )
(Prevu deux heures, appel apres une heure).
Apres reflexion, a peine sortis de la boutique, retournons pour demander le tarif pour une protection de l’ecran.
… Surprise tres agreable, fait rapidement et… Offert.

Aucune hesitation a y retourner si besoin

Had a little bit of a phone cable stuck in charger hole. Went to a few places they couldn’t help. Walked in here and were greeted by smiles and warmth straight away. And then minutes later the job was done. The man had removed the offending article. And wouldn’t take payment. Lovely people. Very friendly. Very efficient.
