Used this company to order a replacement LCD screen for an old HP laptop. I was surprised that a new screen would still be available for such an old laptop, and at a pretty reasonable price, so placed the order via ebay. The replacement screen arrived ahead of the promised date and was very well packed. Opened up the screen was exactly as listed and identical to the faulty unit. A quick swap and my laptop was back up and running like new. Excellent service

Bought a replacement screen for daughters laptop unfortunately I ordered incorrectly, I sent an email explaining my situation and got a reply almost instantly, I sent the screen back and within 24 hours my PayPal was credited and i ordered the correct screen recommended by Require IT, new item was delivered within 24hrs of ordering and worked a treat.
