I had an amazing experience with RescueTECH…I was doing my own RAM upgrade in a new Mac Mini and the fan socket detached from the motherboard. After visiting a few websites in the area and reading reviews, it was clear that this was my best shot, and I received the same type of care and service that was described in other comments. Fixed it properly, fair price….MUCH cheaper than dealing with Apple directly would have been, as Apple very quickly washed their hands of it because of me the end user doing their own upgrade. RescueTECH really saved my bacon, and I would definitely use them again. Very professional staff! Well done!

The battery in my trusty 2013 MacBookPro was on its last legs, and in May 2022 Robert was able to order a replacement, swap it out the same day when dropped it off, and even fixed a noisy fan. It’s been running like a new machine. Excellent all around. The photo attached is the old batteries! I forgot to take the after photo.
