Brilliant customer service and care. I bought an excellent refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G from there at a very reasonable cost recently. The highly proficient owner Mahmud transferred all the data over from my old phone seamlessly and at no additional cost. I got a phone case and a screen protector thrown in for free, as well as a 24 month warranty. I went there with a couple of queries about the phone two days later and they were immediately sorted out with a smile. Great customer service. Very genuine shop and owner. Highly recommended!

Mohammad has served me and my elderly uncle on two separate occasions and each time he has been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He initially sold us a used mobile phone which works perfectly but recently we had trouble downloading a new version of WhatsApp.
We returned to see Mohammad assuming he would likely recommended we buy a more up to date version of phone. However, after leaving the phone with him for 30mins WhatsApp downloaded and normal service resumed
