I had an issue with my Surface Book 2 and the service I received at Revitalised IT was top class. I could not fault at all.

Prior to finding somewhere, I’m weary some companies will try to rip you off. Revitalized IT was not one of these places and gave me good attention and time to fixing my laptop.

The fella was extremely knowledgeable and gave my partner and I great advice. He even got what I needed within a day to allow my laptop to resume running once more. Very fast and speedy service.

Personally, if I ever have a problem with any of my devices, I will not hesitate to come back. The shop is located in the town of Wellingborough, extremely easy to get to and within a populated area.

I had problems with my computer which had slowed it down drastically and it kept ‘freezing’. I took it into Revitalize IT and the after an inspection I was informed what was wrong and given a choice of options and quotes for the repairs.

Called in with my dead iPad. Sharp intake of breath” looks very dented”. Agreed it had had a hard life, but he agreed to take a look. Five minutes later, reappeared with it working. No charge! Can’t get better service than that. Certainly my repair shop of choice in the future.
