I had the worst experience at Revive Lab laptop repair . I took my lab top HUAWEI MATBOOK D14. The issue was simple ( charger port damage) First he had taken it after I have paid PS25 just for registration or check in.
He promised me to sent it to their repair center to find out issues and fix it as soon as possible.
He asked me high price and unfortunately I accepted it.
But after about 1 week it was returned to me without repair and with terrible condition and he refused to give me a report about what happened or convinced explanation.
Totally unprofessional and waste of money and time.
My laptop is repaired in other shop and cost a little bit 1/4 your price and they send me a pictures of the problems that I think Review Lab might caused some of them.

First rate service! The morning of my flight from Heathrow to Glasgow I dropped my phone, the screen shattered and it was unusable – I couldn’t even power it off. My wife found Revive Lab online, booked a repair time at the Glasgow location for 430pm that afternoon. We headed straight there from the Glasgow airport and had my phone good as new by 6pm. The two employees were charming and efficient and there were no issues with it being a US purchased phone (Samsung S23 Ultra). Thank you Revive Lab!
