In the last few months I have three times had computer problems. On one occasion after the winter storms and despite repeated calls to my provider, they failed to spot the problem. Ricky did and also on the other occasions he had me up and running again. On the first occasion he came out to my home and on the others worked from his base. I have never had anything but fast, affordable and excellent service from Ricky. I would urge anyone having problems to give him a call, not only will he sort you out but his back up too is first class. He doesn’t just fix and forget. I only have one number on my phone for computer problems and that is Ricky’s.
Rick removed viruses and adware for my laptop and also clean out all the dust inside. My 4 year old laptop is now like new. Runs cool, silent and really fast! He done the work quickly (24 hours!) and the rates are reasonable (much cheaper than any one else in Newquay)
