This place scams everyone- all other reviews on here are fake or forced to be left on. They have an atm in the front of the store and tell everyone the debit doesn’t work just to make extra money. They also give you one quote on the phone than charge you another. My bill was supposed to be 135 it came up to 150 at the machine, than charged 185 and told it was taxes and fees. Phone was also not authentic screen as was told I was sold. Apparently I left a fake review? I did not anyone with concerns simply needs to read all other one star reviews and see these people are not honest. Scam and fleece people out of their money than instead of taking accountability or trying to help the client they threaten and deflect… I never bought a case and was told the screen protector was free.

So at first I was skeptical of the 1 star reviews that said that this place is a scam and such.

I gave the manager my MacBook to replace the top case/keyboard and he did it in a timely manner for a decent price. Everything was mentioned before the transaction (Type of replacement, ETA of delivery, etc). The staff is friendly and the manager is very professional.

Also, no one asked me to leave a review (this is not forced or fake) and he even told me to come back if I encounter any issues with the keyboard or battery.

I went into the store thinking I needed my charging port replaced. They quoted me 125 which is a decent price. The attendant went into the back for 10 seconds and came back saying there was dust in the port and it only needed to be cleaned. They charged me 50 dollars for the service, even though another review claims they were charged 30. I think it’s clear I was overcharged. Apart from that the staff were lovely.
