Bought an iPhone 11 from the store only to find out it wasn’t a genuine battery or screen display he even told me it was so I have constant messages on my phone I can’t get rid of. When I put my phone on charge the battery gets so hot that I have to put it on a baking tray. It doesn’t hold its charge either
Took the phone back into the shop next day to tell the guy the problem he wasn’t very interested he didn’t care less and he didn’t give me my money back for my phone or try to rectify the problem. Says on the receipt I have a one year warranty he didn’t even cover the one year warranty with the problems with the phone and he’s fully aware of this

Terrible service was initially quoted 90-100 to fix my screen, only to receive a phone call saying it would be 130. Then on the day I was due to collect my phone they tell me they have ordered the last screen and its rose gold round the side of the phone where as my phone is blue, but I couldn’t wait all weekend without a phone due to work commitments. I then go to collect it and get charged PS139 for a mismatched coloured phone screen replacement, and unhelpful staff. Definitely wish I had gone somewhere else!

I broke my phone and went to fix it and found they were cheapest in the town also they have 1 year warranty on the parts they replace which is good. They mentioned that warranty Doesn’t cover any physical or water damage which is Fair. I went to the other store as well but there prices were too high also they were asking 90 minutes time. I got my phone fixed in 30- 40 minutes in RJ’s. I really appreciate there quick service and recommend you all.
