I bought a Gakaxy A71 second hand from them. It was in perfect condition with all the previous owners info complete wiped.
I had loaded all the stuff I wanted onto the phone over a couple of days, and then I realised that the battery was not up to the advertised 85%. I didn’t want a replacement ‘phone from them ‘cos of all the work I had put into getting the phone set up to my liking.

They have resolved the situation perfectly. I am most impressed thank you

I ordered a refurbished phone at a very reasonable price, it came quickly, well packaged and the phone is in absolutely mint condition, in fact I would swear it is new.

Great product, I was looking for an IPad for my 4yr old and I came across RND they were super helpful answered all of my questions. They also went above and beyond as this was a last minute ask and help me arrange collection saving me the need to travel into Norwich.
