I gave my vacuum on the 4 of October after paying PS5 deposit for a fault check. I called several times in the week or two after for an update but was told the engineer wasn’t around and that they’d call me back to give an update. I was never called back. I called on 13 November for another update – got the same response about the engineer not being around. On this occasion, I did get a call later saying it’ll be PS35 to repair and it’ll be ready in a couple of days. We went to collect on the 18 November but was told the engineer wasn’t around and that he couldn’t locate the vacuum. I called on 23 November for an update, only to be told it had already been collected. I told him it had not been collected because I have not collected it. He said he’d look into it and call me back. It should be of no surprise to hear that he did not call me back. I called again and he said that it’s been given to another customer whose got the same vacuum and same surname. He offered to sell me another vacuum for PS50 to which I replied I’m taking it for PS35 (before I remembered having paid a deposit of PS5 already). When I got to the store, he had two vacuums ready for me – neither were my vacuum. I offered him PS30 and he whined about the vacuum having a new motor, so I gave him another PS5. I came home and tested the vacuum and while it works, the suction is terrible. As per the other reviews – the guy’s clearly a crook – stay away.

I dont know where to begin!

The owner has just called me(Today) about coming to fix my fridge/freezer (Which was originally brought from them) two weeks after one of his engineers came out to tell me what was wrong with it!!!
Now bare in mind, it took them a over a week to get to actually get to my house after repeated calls. During that week all the food in my fridge had to be thrown away.
The engineer came to my house and told me what was wrong with it and said he go back speak to the boss and see weather the fan morot was obatianable and someone would be intouch that same day. I never heard from them!
I can’t begin to explain how angry I am with this shop/bussines. It’s as if they dont care about the customers.
The onwer of the shop claims the part needed for the fridge was hard to get and it needed to come from China…. Complete B.S!!. I found the part on Ebay (brand new) and ended up having to fix the damm fridge myself. Great for my DIY skills but not the PS100 + food I had to throw away. Crazily enough the place that did the parts was roughly 25 mins away from my address and Rock LTD. NOT CHINA

I pray this review saves at least one person from going through what i’ve had to endrure with this shop! It was very distressing.

Unable to trust the owner.

This guy is a straight liar. We tried to get a washing machine seal replaced to no success.

First, he told us an engineer would come on Tuesday. Then when he didn’t come he said Saturday. Then he said the part still hadn’t arrived when Saturday came. Then he said it would “definately be done on Tuesday” again. He’s just time wasting.

Every time we spoke to him, he didn’t know who we were and kept asking for our washing machine details. HE SHOULD KNOW ALL THIS. Surely he’s ordered it for us?! I tried to get him to show us his order receipt from his supplier in an attempt to confirm it was definitely ordered, and he refused.

In the end, we asked for a refund and only got half our money back. I would not recommend this place.
