I am a client of Rogers for 20+ years and didn’t miss one single bill, ever. I have asked them to try to help me out with roaming/data for 5 weeks in Europe and I need to be in contact with home by phone, everywhere and everytime. They can’t accommodate, not even with 1 cent less of $15 / day. Not even trying. My loyalty as a customer and good payer means zero to them. That’s what power does. They step on every little customer with no regret. I assume that Rogers is very proud of being one of the most expensive providers on this earth and they don’t even try to make a compromise, at least. It is not on their daily task. They are working on the motto ” my way or no way” .
The manager or whoever executive, Ms Balgeet advised me that is no point on trying any other higher up managerial person because she has the last word.
I inform me Ms, Balgeet that my contract with Rogers expires by the end of the year and I hope many other customers will leave you.
I will also post this review every single day and hopefully it is someone higher up than you. If not, I wish you are treated the same way by another corporations that you personally deal.
Rogers interrupted our lives with no data , no banking and any way of communication in two circumstances along the years and we just have to keep humble and grateful for the change that was reimbursed to customers. But if you , as a company don’t appreciate a good customer, trust me, it will come a day when the customers will turn their back to you as well.

Not the best store or service. The manager there was very loud talking to other clients and a bit rude not too much she thought she was funny but she is a manager not there to make jokes. The kids working there could not help with my issues I think I will stay will bell just due to that store to be honest. Looking to upgrade from a s22 ultra to a s24 ultra but now I am thinking not
We dealt with Louise and Shelby in Brockville. There was a problem with my signing in. Together they fixed the problem. Those two girls know the meaning of customer service. We owned a customer oriented business. Those were the type of employees that were worth more money than gold. Congratulations on hiring such qualified and helpful people. JP & Betty Lou
