Took my new laptop to the Ross IT team when it developed a fault. They spent a few days trying to recover it, but to no avail due to a hardware issue.
They were super clear, very open, and as they couldn’t make any progress didn’t charge me. I returned the old laptop and came back to Ross IT later on and purchased from them a really excellent refurbished unit which is working flawlessly.

They have an express option, where you can pay extra to jump the queue, but sometimes this won’t be needed because if you drop it off early morning, there’s a high chance they will fix it on the same day before they close late afternoon
