My surface pro 9 had liquid damage. I was given a price of PS300 to replace screen, but he said he would need to check if its an issue with the board. He then proceeded to diagnose the device without telling me the cost associated with testing, and then increased the price to PS320. The part he is replacing costs around PS150, he is charging extra PS170 for the service. When I said I didn’t wanna go ahead, he requested PS60 for just removing screen. Absolutely horrible pricing.

Was so nervous in getting repaired as was so so smashed from my grandson. Didn’t think he could do it if I’m honest.
