Was looking for a new Computer Guru for a PC Laptop and happened across Rowville Computer Repairs. Contacted Mark and dropped it off. Explained to him what we thought was wrong and left it with him. Within a very short time he called back, had identified the actual problem and we picked up the laptop the next day. He also ordered a new power supply for us to prevent further reoccurrence. (The old one had caused the issue) The price quoted for it and other work we enquired about was very reasonable, bordering on cheap for this kind of work to be honest, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. He definitely has a new customer in us.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mark. My old, circa 2012 PC was having all sorts of issues, from randomly shutting down to the Blue Screen of Death. Over the last few months things were getting progressively worse. I expected a new mother board at the very least, or maybe a new computer. But Mark found a power supply issue that required a relatively cheap part. He replaced it and tested it all over a couple of days, and it worked. I now have my beautiful old computer back, working like a beast, able to edit videos again. And Mark is just a really nice, honest guy. 10/10
