I contacted Roy’s after seeing Black Friday sale prices down south. Maureen was quick to respond and answer all of my email questions. They matched the best price that I had found on a Sony 75″ Bravia 4K TV – and this was a VERY GOOD price. The TV arrived the next week as and when they promised. Delivery fee was nominal and it was delivered within the 30 minute window we had agreed upon.

It is always nice when local business can match what the big boys offer down south.

Their website is a little basic and plain, but don’t let that deter you. Just send an email with specific questions I am sure Maureen or their staff will give you the same great service and price I received.

I’ve always had the best service and experience here. I’ve used them for work at forestry and more recently for a Sonos purchase. I scoured the internet for the best deal and the bested the sonos site, amazon, ebay, and the tsc. I will purchase again and am very pleased with the shop’s variety. Thank you Maureen!

Very friendly and helpful in the purchase of a phone, but were not knowledgeable in transferring data from old phone to new phone.
Their phone display needs a little work as well. There are triplicates of some phones on display, which I would almost guarantee wasn’t done on purpose.
