Amazing service. My lightning port wasn’t working properly. The lady cleaned it properly with alcohol, instead of replacing the lightning port as what I thought it required. Instead of cheating me out of my money to gain some profit and “fixing” an issue that doesn’t require a specific service, she actually fixed it with a simple solution. I even asked her how much it would cost, she very humbly said “a tenner maybe”. This was over the phone before I came to collect it.

When I went there I told her that another guy was gonna charge PS150 to replace the entire charging port. I asked why she’s so honest. She said instead of ripping people off and putting money in her pocket, she wants to be there to help people. I ended up giving her PS20 because of her exceptional honesty and integrity.
