My laptop was crashing. I phoned in the afternoon on a friday and then took it down within half an hour. Steve took a look and there was an issue with the fan. He said that it was a simple fix and wouldn’t charge me anything. He showed me how to sort it myself if it happened again. I picked it up the next morning. Highly recommend.
Had overheating issues with my base unit that I just could not find the source of. Took it to SPC and in less than 24 hours had a diagnosis and solution for me. The best part was that the advise they gave did not favour the company in any way. Really honest and helpful, will happily use again.
